Applying the machine-shift-team template to the calendar

To create the actual shift-plan, the default machine-team template needs to be ‘stamped’ into the actual calendar. In this way, the actual shift planning as it would be executed wil be created. In this ‘standard’ plan, it is possible to modify eventual exceptions, like bank holidays.

1. Give this shift-plan a meaningful name
2. Select the Machine-Team template you would like to use in this shift-planning
3. What date should the planning start?
4. How often should the template be ‘stamped’: The system calculates the end-date for this plan.

Press next to go to the planning in the calendar.

Calendar View

In the calendar, the actual shift planning is being displayed.

Where needed, you may now manually adapt the plan e.g. by removing shifts due to holidays etc.

Scheduled hours per Team

In the top-right of the screen, the total planned hours per team are calculated.
