• Expected output:                            100min x 800 pcs = 80.000 pcs
• Actual Output:                                 45.000 Good Product – 5000 Rejects

Result:

1. Availability 20% (100min/500min)
2. Performance: 50% (Actual output / Maximum Output)
3. Quality: Good Product / (Good+Rejects) = 90%
4. OEE = 20% x 50% x 90% = 9%
