• Set speed                                         800 pcs/min
• Expected output:                            100 min x 800 pcs = 80.000 pcs
• Actual Output:                                 50.000 Good Product, 6.000 Rework, 4.000 Sub Spec

Result:

1. Availability 20% (100min/500min)
2. Performance: 60% (Actual output / Maximum Output)
3. Quality: Good Product / (Good+Rejects) = 83%
4. OEE = 20% x 60% x 83% = 10%
